Contech Systems’ growth relies on associates like you to help us meet new candidates and new clients. Your connections in the IT community can lead to referrals of colleagues and companies you have professional experience with. In these instances, we offer two ways to be rewarded for sharing this information that leads to a hire with Contech Systems Inc directly.
1.IT Staff Augmentation -
Receive a $1000 bonus after their third month of billing and an additional $1000 after subsequent six months of continuous billing. ( 9-month mark) through Contech Systems Inc.
You could earn as much as $2000 dollars total!

Permanent Placement -
You receive 10% of our placement fee after the client trial period is completed through Contech Systems Inc.
3. IT Trainee Positions or Non-IT Candidate Referrals -
Earn $250 after three months of continuous billing through Contech Systems Inc.
4. Refer a new client-
If you are aware of a job opening with a company that we do not have a relationship with, you can get paid for it! If we earn new business from your referral, you will receive an ongoing 5% profit share bonus.

Good deeds satisfy our soul! Contech Systems supports a variety of local and national charitable organizations, and we know great people like you feel the same. If you have a favorite charity, consider referring a great colleague for one of our open positions and the referral fee you earn can be sent to your favorite cause.
