Our Comprehensive IT Training Services
For decades, Contech Systems has been providing technical staff to large companies. In 2010, we imagined the boot camp concept with one of our major clients and successfully sourced candidates for reoccurring client (sponsor) boot camps from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, we developed CSITechCamp.
CSITechCamp includes an intense screening process, a collaborative selection process along with one of the following delivery options:
- Instructor-led program held at your on-site or off-site location
- Online program
The program consists of customizable curriculum tracks designed to fit any industry. No-cost or low-cost training options are available, along with 3-6 month right-to-hire program options.
The CSITechCamp Concept:
- We source individuals using a variety of methods, and administer pre-testing for technical aptitude and personality fit
- Each potential candidate takes part in multiple face-to-face and / or webcam meetings
- The finalists are part of a group meeting, where we access how they interact in a group setting
- The finalists are presented to a client (sponsor) panel for screening and pre-selection by our client to participate in the CSITechCamp program
- Phase I of the program is approximately six weeks of training
- Phase II runs 3-6 months on a right-to-hire basis, under the direction and management of our client (sponsor)
